Project
Fixed scope and fixed price, with defined deliverables against a defined timeline. This is the most common way an engagement is structured.
Assessment
A structured review of your current configuration covering what's in place, what's missing, and what needs fixing, which produces a prioritized findings report you can act on in any order you like.
Ongoing Engineering
Retainer-based continued engineering after an initial engagement, scoped and cancellable, and distinctly not a monitoring contract.
